When a player asks for a string you don’t currently stock, it lands here — sorted into New, Awaiting Response, Expiring Soon, Cannot Fulfil, and Quoted, each with its own SLA countdown so you always know what needs attention first. Quote a price to move it forward, decline if you can’t fulfil it, or let it expire — nothing gets silently lost.
